We booked a day tour with Kenya Assist during a long transit layover. Lilian from Kenya Assist was incredibly helpful and responded to all our queries promptly. The service provider they arranged also gave us a thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderfull time starting from Nairobi to Masai Mara to Hell’s Gate, Amboseli and Voi. Ken is a very professional driver and the communication with Ken and the Center went very well!

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Kenya Assist! Communication through What’sApp before my pick-up was fast and efficient, and all my questions were answered with ease. My driver, Gideon, was prompt and a pleasure to talk to on my trip from Nairobi to Emali!!! I highly recommend!

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them! Super fast service via WhatsApp! Thanks to this agency, we had an unforgettable 16 days in Kenya! Our driver and guide, Joseph, booked through the agency, was perfect! He got us safely from A to B and took us on the best game drives! He always had a smile on his face and made the trip truly special for us!

We had a great experience with Kenyassist, who arranged a driver for our journey from Amboseli to Diani Beach. The service was very prompt, communication was clear and consistent throughout, and everything was well organized. The driver was professional and made the long trip smooth and comfortable. I booked a driver for a day in Nairobi and the experience was seamless. Once. Driver was selected, the pickup time and location was confirmed. I opted to pay gas and parking directly to driver as it allowed us to modify the trip as the day progressed. Our driver, Amir, was respectful and kind, and was able to provide us with useful information throughout the day

Had a wonderful experience booking a driver from Amboseli to Nairobi. Very professional during the booking and the driver was actually a great driver with the car he said he would arrive in (which literally never happened with any other companies we booked with in Kenya) so we are so so grateful to Kenya Assist and to our honest driver. They made our last day in Kenya much better 🙂

Impeccable service, Alex was very kind and took us to our destination, driving carefully and telling us about Kenya. One thing to keep in mind is that drivers may bring friends or acquaintances who will carry your bags to your car and then ask for money. Overall, it was a very smooth trip! Thank you.
